RESOLUTION NO. 90-263
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT TO ALLOW DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE EL CAMINO REAL SCENIC CORRIDOR ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, NORTH OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD, AND WEST OF RANCHO SANTA FE
ROAD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
