RESOLUTION NO. 90-161
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
REQUIRED OF THE FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OF THE JAMES
DRIVE STORM DRAIN, PROJECT NO. 3224.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it nc
desirable, and in the public interest to construct an extension of the James Drive St(
System, Project No. 3224; and
WHEREAS, an easement has been secured for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That an easement for the City’s future extension of the James Drive Stc
System is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to h2
recorded with the San Diego County Recorder’s Office. Following recordatior
documents, the City Clerk is further authorized and directed to forward copic
documents to the following: Carlsbad Townhouses Homeowners Association, P.O. I
Carlsbad, California (APN 205-220-47).

all obligations due under the provisions of the Future Improvement Agreement for
Townhouses dated March 7, 1972 Record Document No. 1526.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Cit
held on the 7th day of August, 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
