F 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2o ~ 21 I 22 23 24 25 26 27 ~ 28 1 0 0 RESOLUTION NO. 90-266 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAIUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE MANAGEMENT SALARY PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF POLICE CHIEF, POLICE CAPTAIN, AND POLICE LIEUTENANT. WHEREAS, Council Policy Statement No. 36 specifies that salary increases granted to the Police bargaining unit shall be passed through to Police management employees; and WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Police Officers' Association received a 5.0% general wage and 3 1/4% equity adjustment increase retroactive to June 25, 1990; and WHEREAS, funds for this salary adjustment are available in the City's General Fund Contingency Account; and WHEREAS, changes are necessary to the Management Salary Plan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: ~ 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the 5.0% general wage and 3 1/4% equity adjustment ~ granted to CPOA will be passed through to the positions of Police Chief, Police Captain, and Police Lieutenant, retroactive to June 25, 1990. ~ ~ 3. That the amount of $60,129 be transferred from the General 1 Fund Contingency Account to support these salary adjustments. 4.
