RESOLUTION NO. 90-269
A RESOLUTION OFTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF MONEY FOR THE PARAMEDIC
TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Tournament of Champions Charities wishes to make a contributi
$5,000 to the paramedic trust fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant to Section3 3735
37355 of the California Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as folll
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for the paramedic trust fund.
PASSED, APPROVEDANDADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the (
Carlsbad held the 7th day of August , 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Lewis, Kulchin and Mamaux
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Pettine and Larson
