RESOLUTION NO. 90-275
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (HDP 89-35), ON 216.16 ACRES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTH- EASTERLY CORNER OF THE CITY ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF ENCINITAS. APPLICANT: RANCHO VERDE

21 HDP 89-35 is hereby approved subject to the satisfaction of E
22 conditions as amended by City Council Resolution No. 90-274.
