A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT REGARDING A CITY MEASURE 4

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the 1

SECTION 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
SECTION 2. That the City Council authorizes

to file a written argument regarding the City measure set forth in the t-
