A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS
MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT REGARDING A
CITY MEASURE 11 WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election is to be he1 d in the C. 5

SECTION 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
