RESOLUTION NO. 90-285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, REVTSING THE MONTHLY REFUSE
COI.LECIION AND CURBSIDE RECYCLING RATES FOR
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
4 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has contracted with Coast Wastc

Management, Inc. for refuse collection services within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Refuse Collection Contract permits Coast Waste Managemenl
