A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the term of James Stachoviak expires in July, 1990.
