A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF
REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY TO PAY
THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS OF THE "1962 SEWER
BONDS, SERIES B AND C," AND "1966 LIBRARY
BONDS" FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad annually fixes the
8 /I amount of revenue required from property taxes to fund the City debt service
9 11 funds; and

13 payment schedule for each bond issue; and
WHEREAS, the annual revenue requirements within each bond fund are
dependent upon the beginning balance of each fund and the Debt Service

the Sewer Bond requirements for the 1990-91 fiscal year; and 15
WHEREAS, revenue of approximately $90,531 will be necessary to fund

of Carlsbad as follows:
WHEREAS, revenue of approximately $16,222 will be necessary to fund
the Library Bond requirements for the 1990-91 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
21 Section 1 : The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to
22 Section 51508 of the Government Code of the State of California, does hereby

fix the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to pay the bonded
indebtedness of the "City of Carlsbad, 1962 Sewer Bonds, Series B and C" for the

fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990, and ending June 30, 1991, to be in the
amount of $90,531.

Section 2: The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant tc

Section 51508 of the Government code of the State of California, does hereby fi:

the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to pay the bondec
5 indebtedness of the "City of Carlsbad, 1966 Library Bonds'' for the fiscal yea
6 commencing July 1 , 1990, and ending June 30, 1991, to be in the amount o
7 $16,222.
8 Section 3: That the total amount of revenue from property taxe:
9 necessary for all purposes pursuant to Section 51508 of the Government Code o

Section 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolutior 12
13 and cause the same to be published, as required by Section 36936.1 of tht
14 Government Code, once within fifteen (15) days of its passage in a newspape:
15 of general circulation.
16 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ciq
1'7 Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 14th day of August , 1990,
18 by the following vote, to wit: 19
the State of California, and of Sections 1 and 2 above is $106,753.
