RESOLUTION NO. 90-293
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING THE HIGHLAND BUNG-
As A HISTORIC POINT OF INTEREST.
APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
CASE NO. : HSD-90-1 HIGHLAND BUNGALOWS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad f:
determined that the Highland Bungalows meets the requiremer
for Historic Point of Interest designation; and
WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission f:
reviewed and recommends that the Highland Bungalows
designated a Point of Interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That HSD-90-1 Highland Bungalows which is locat
at 3262/64 Highland Drive is designated a Historic Point
Interest.
