CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS
AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
