RESOLUTION NO. 90-307
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE DESIGN CONTRACT FOR THE CARLSBAD CITY LIBRARY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsb
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public inter
design and construct the Carlsbad City Library Project; and
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an agreement
about April 12, 1990, with Cardwell/Thomas and Associat
Washington state corporation to design said project; and
WHEREAS, consultant has requested an assignment o
contract to a newly created California Partnershi
Cardwell/McGraw Architects; and
WHEREAS, said assignment will in no way adversely *
the design and design schedule of said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
