RESOLUTION NO. 90-311
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LA COSTA AVENUE
INTERSTATE 5 INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
finds it necessary, desirable and in the public interest to
into a cooperative agreement for improvements to the La
Avenue Interstate 5 Interchange with the State of Cali
Department of Transportation (CALTRANS); and,
WHEREAS, an agreement to affect said improvemen
been prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corr

hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby auth
~ and directed to execute said agreement. Following the M
