A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
ARTWORK
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby -resolve a follows:
1. That the purchase of the boulder pathway artwork located in Stagecoach Par
is hereby approved.
2. That the purchase of the tile design placed on the bench located on the bluffto
walkway is hereby approved.
3. That funds are available in the temporary sculpture account no. 142-820-1 81 (
3337.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City o
Carlsbad, California, authorizes expenditures from the Public Art Fund (acct. nc
1 42-820-1 81 0-3337).
