A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING COVENANTS
OF EASEMENT FOR SEWER, RECIPROCAL ACCESS, PARKING
AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES FROM T.I.L, LTD, AND T.I.0, LTD,
VILLAGE FAIRE, MS 777, PR 3.3.15, PR 2.3.39 AND PR 2.3.40
WHEREAS, T.I.L., Ltd. and T.I.O., Ltd., California Limited Partnerships and own
land proposed to be subdivided, have created three Covenants of Easement fc
reciprocal access, parking and drainage purposes over, across, and upon the follol
A portion of Tract 96 of Carlsbad Lands, City of Carlsbad, State of Californi
according to Map thereof No. 1661 as described in Deed recorded April 2
1984 as File No. 84-150186 of Official Records, to which the City of Carlsb:
is a part of interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in tl
interest to accept said Covenants of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Covenants of Easement from T.I.L, Ltd., and T.I.O., Ltd., cl
easements for sewer, reciprocal access, parking and drainage purposes over, acr
upon the following:
A portion of Tract 96 of Carlsbad Lands, City of Carlsbad, State of Californi:
according to Map thereof No. 1661 as described in Deed recorded April 2:
1984 as File No. 84-1 501 86 of Official Records,
and which are on file with the City Clerk and are incorporated herein by refere
accepted.
