RESOLUTION NO. 90-340
A RESOLUTION C& THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION THE MODULAR
BUILDING AT FIRE STATION NO. 6, PROJECT NO 3302, AS
COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Modular Building at Fire Station No 6, Prc
3302, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs have been established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are me and correct.
2. That the construction of the Modular Building at Fire Station No. 6 spe,
identified as Project No. 3302 is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authol
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close the project a'.
upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 18thday of SePt. , 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Mamaux and
Pettine NOES: None
ABSENT: None
