RESOLUTION NO. 90-350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PURCHASE ORDERS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS SIZES OF WATER
METERS.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of C
California as follows:
10 1. That the bid of Sensus Technologies, Inc., P.O. Box 487, Unl
11 PA 15401 for Item #1 as shown on Exhibit "A', is hereby accepted and the PUI

connections in the amount of $43,000 plus tax for a period of one year beginning

2. That the bid of Kent Meters, Inc., 953 N.E. Osceola, Ocala, FI
for Item #2 as shown on Exhibit "A', is hereby accepted and the Purchasing (
