RESOLUTION NO. 9 O - 3 5 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION BUENA VISTA
LAGOON VISITATION AREA, PROJECT NO 3304, AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Buena Vista Lagoon Visitation Area, Project P
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs have been established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Buena Vista Lagoon Visitation Area sp
identified as Project No. 3304 is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby auth
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close the project
upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Ciq
held on the 25thday of Sept. , 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson and Mama1
NOES:
ABSENT: Council Member
None
