A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR
ROADWAY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, Brian Rowe, Tamara Rowe, James Londo and Rosalie Lo:

over a portion of Eureka Place; and ' submitted a Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for roadway

12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

18 3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Deed to be recs
interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
2. That the Grant Deed from Brian Rowe, Tamara Rowe, James Londo an
Londo, dated September 1 , 1990, conveying an easement for roadway purposes over
of Eureka Place to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is incc
herein by reference, is accepted.
