RESOLUTION NO. 90-366
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS
AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
1990-91 STREETS OVERLAY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions a1
specifications for the furnishings of all labor, materia:
tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessal
and incidental for the 1990-91 Streets Overlay Program, haT
been prepared and are on file in the City Clerk's Off ice of tl
City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tl!
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The contract documents, special provisions a]
specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is herel
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, :
accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for tl
work of said contract in accordance with sa:
