A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING SALARY
PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE CARLSBAD
FISCAL YEAR. FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION FOR THE 1990-91
WHEREAS, the Council did on August 1, 1989, by Resolution No. 80-264

representatives of the Carlsbad Firefighters’ Association, which called for certain 9

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 16

Personnel for Fiscal Year 1990-91 as set out in Exhibit A, attached hereto and m
a part hereof, are hereby adopted.

4. That the amount of $286,156 be transferred from the General Fun( 22
3. The 8.7% salary increase will be retroactive to June 25, 1990.
