RESOLUTION NO. 90-375
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC SIGNALS
ON COLLEGE BOULEVARD, PROJECT NO. 3339, AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the construction of Traffic Signals at College Boulevard/Palomar Aiq
and College BoulevarUFaraday, Project No. 3339, has been satisfactorily completed; i
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs have been established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of two traffic signals on College Boulevard SF
identified as Project No. 3339 is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby auth
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close the project
upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad CiQ
held on the 1 Gthday of October 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Mamaux, a1
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
