RESOLUTION NO. 90-379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A FIFTEEN
HUNDRED DOLLAR DONATION FROM THE FIELDSTONE
COMPANY IN SUPPORT OF THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT’S YOUTH SPORTS
PROGRAM.

8 /I WHEREAS the Fieldstone Company has donated fifteen hundred ($1500) do
9 I1 to the City of Carlsbad in support of the Youth Sports Program, and
lo /I WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Commission has received this donation
11 recommends acceptance by the City Council, and
12 WHEREAS the City Council acknowledges the generosity of the Fields
l3 11 Company and wishes to accept this donation in support of the Youth Sports Prog

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit
16 11 Carlsbad, as follows:

1. That the City Council accepts the donation of fifteen hundred ($l!
dollars in support of the Recreation Department’s Youth Sports Prog
