RESOLUTION NO. 90-385
a RESQLUTIBN OF THE CrTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSSAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING A REDEVELOPMENT SUI
AREA AND AUTHORIZING LOAN TO AGENCY FROM THE CITY
GENERAL FUND ______
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Caiifornia has considered the requirement for designatin1
survey area for determining the feasibility of forming a
redevelopment project area; and
WHEREAS, the Cfty Council finds that under Section
33312 of the California Health 8 Safety Code the designa.
of a survey area is permitted by the adoption of certain
findings: and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it neczssary to loa;
the Agency up to, but not to exceed, $30,000 which will ~
paid back to the City with interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVEC by the City Council (
the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are trGe and correct.
2. That the attached exhibit c accurate7y represen.
the boundaries of ti?e ssrvey area, aKd it requires study
determine if a redevelopment project area is feasible.

4. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
transfer $33,003 from the City’s unapprcprjated fund ba7’
to the Redevelopment Agency and estabiish a new account
