RESOLUTION NO. 90-388
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR ALGA ROAD/POINSE-TTIA LANE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO 3305
WHEREAS, construction changes for future access to Alga Road, Project Nc
have necessitated contract Change Order No. 3; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $27,926.00 for said Change Order are avai
Account No. 409-820-1 880-3305.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ci
California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Change Order No. 3 for Alga Road/Poinsettia Lane improvc
specifically identified as Project No. 3305, is approved.
3. That the Purchasing Officer of the City of Carlsbad, California, is
authorized to increase Purchase Order No. 10396 by $27,926.00
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 6th day of ker, 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
