A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
DESIGNATING A WATER MASTER

approved Order No. 84-10 designating the City as the purvel
8 WHEREAS, Provision 5 of Order No. 84-10 requires tha City designate a Water Master to be responsible fol 9 conveyance of reclaimed water.
WHEREAS, the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control
reclaimed water for specified areas of the City, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council c XI
