RESOLUTION NO. 9 0-3 9 6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF CDBG
PEDESTRIAN RAMPS, PROJECT NO. 3739, AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the construction of CDBG Pedestrian Ramp and Sidewalk, Project
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs have been established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of CDBG Pedestrian Ramps and Sidewalks s:
identified as Project No. 3739 is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby autl
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close the project
upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Cit
held on the 6th day of md5 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
