RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
TION 85 LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION BOND ACT
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNb APPROVING PROPOSI-
PRE-APPLICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has apprc

the construction of a new library building; and

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ciq

WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Carlsbad to apply for
State matching funds provided by The Califoria Library Construction and Renova
Bond Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has approved the
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That staff is directed to submit pre-applications for California Libra
Construction and Renovation Bond Act funds to construct the new library in the
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the Cil
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 13th day of November , 1990, by the
following vote, to wit:
