RESOLUTION NO. 90-409
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENERGY SERVICES COMPANY (ERCE) FOR THE MITIGATION MONITORING OF LA COSTA AVENUE
WHEREAS, proposals have been received by the C
