RESOLUTION NO. 90-412
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE REVISED BASIC
AGREEMENT FOR THE ENCINA BASIN JOINT
SEWAGE SYSTEM AND THE REVISED
ESTABLISHMENT DOCUMENT FOR THE ENCINA
JOINT POWERS AGENCY.
6 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is party to the Encina Joint Powers Basic A!
