RESOLUTION NO. 90-414
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING TISCHLER AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. TO PERFORM A FISCAL IMPACT
ANALYSIS OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD’S GENERAL PLAN
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS

7 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad intends to complete a fiscal impact analysi:

of the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City requires the services of a consultant to conduct a]
10 analysis and produce a computer model; and
11 WHEREAS, the City has selected Tischler and Associates, Inc. as consultan
12 in the above transaction because of their excellent staff and tested computer model
13

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
15 I/ Carlsbad, California as follows:
16 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
17 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute a fisc;
18 impact analysis of the General Plan with Tischler and Associates, Inc.

3. That the compensation for said services shall be as described in th
attached contract which are incorporated herein by reference.
4. That the amount of $ !IO?, 700 is hereby transferred from the Gener:
Fund Unappropriated Fund balance to the Finance Department Professional Servicf

5. That the City Council reserves the right to remove Tischler ar
Associates, Inc. from this project at any time.

City Council held on the 20th day of November , 1990.
