RESOLUTION NO. go-425
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT
CHESTNUTAVENUE/MONROE STREET AND CARLSBAD BOULEVARD/CEREZO
DRIVE, PROJECT NOS. 3318 AND 3333, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of traffic signals at the intersections of Chestnut
venue/Monroe Street and Carlsbad Boulevard/Cerezo Drive Project Nos. 3318 and 3333, has
een satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs have been established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of traffic signals at the intersections of Chestnut
venue/Monroe Street and Carlsbad Boulevard/Cerezo Drive, specifically identified as Project
OS. 3318 and 3333 is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authorized.to
(ecute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.

4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close the project
upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Cit
held on the 11th day of December, 1990 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
