A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING APPROPRIATION OF
ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR AGUA HEDIONDA SEWAGE PUMP
STATION. PROJECT NO. 3303
WHEREAS, construction of improvements on the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Puml

Services funds; and 7
Project No. 3303, has necessitated Appropriation of additional Engineering and Ir
8 WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the appropriate reserve of tt-
9 Enterprise Fund, No 512.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of 1
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 11 2. That an appropriation of $25,000 for Engineering and Inspection Servic

Agua Hedionda Sewer Pump Station improvements, specifically identified as Project I
is approved.
