RESOLUTION NO, 90-433
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING AND DIRECTING
THE PREPARATION OF A "REPORT" FOR A COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CARLS
CALIFORNIA, (hereinafter referred to as the "legislative bod
the local Agency") , has declared its intention to init
proceedings to create a Community Facilities District purs
to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Fac
ties Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, 1
5 of the Government Code of the State of California.
Community Facilities District shall hereinafter be referre
as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1 (hereinafter referre
as the "District"); and,
WHEREAS, this legislative body directs, pursuant to
provisions of Section 53321.5 of the Government Code of
State of California, the preparation of a "Report" to prc
more detailed information relating to the proposed District,
proposed public facilities and estimate of cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 I That the above recitals are all true
correct.
SECTION 2 - That the appointed SPECIAL TAX CONSULTAN
hereby directed and ordered to prepare a "Report" to be
sented to this legislative body, generally setting forth
containing the following:

FACILITIES: Further information and
regarding a full and complete description of the public fa
ties proposed to be constructed.
COST ESTIMATE: A general cost estimate se
forth costs of facilities, incidentals, contingencies and fi
ing costs.
SPECIAL TAX: Further particulars and docum
tion regarding implementation. definitions and all
matters necessary to clearly set forth the rate, methol
apportionment for the authorized special tax.
OTHER MATERIAL: All other material d
necessary and related to the proposed Community Facil
District proceedings and funding.
SECTION 3. Said "Report", upon its preparation, sha
submitted to this legislative body for review, and said "Re
shall be made a part of the record of the public hearing o
