RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

SERVICES ACT LITERACY FUNDS.

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Library Adult Learning Program provides
training to meet the literacy needs of the adult population; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Library Adult Learning Program supports 1

WHEREAS, the California State Library will provide additional support fc
the Library Adult Learning Program with grant funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ciq
