RESOLUTION NO. 90-440
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE
THE 1990-91 STREETS OVERLAY PROGRAM
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. U/M 91-2 FOR
5 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of

Carlsbad, California, for the 1990-91 Streets Overlay
a WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for the
9 project was submitted by the Daley Corporation of San
10 Diego, in the amount of $246,500.00; and
11 WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-

contract therefore. 20
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a 19
Contract No. U/M 91-2, is hereby accepted and the Mayor 18
