RESOLUTION NO. 90-442
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A DONATION OF THREE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS (3,238).
WHEREAS, Gerico' s Bar ti Grill donated thret
thousand two hundred thirty eight dollars ($3,238) fol
special equipment at the Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept thi:
gift ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci:
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That. the City Council accepts the donation 0:
three thousand two hundred thirty eight dollars ($3,238) 01
behalf of the Seniors of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetinc
of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on thc
18th day of December , 1990, by the following vote
to wit:
