A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FOR DEDICATION OF
GENERAL UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENT
AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT - PR 3.4.1 03
WHEREAS, Wesco Development has submitted a Grant Deed conveying an
to the City of Carlsbad for dedication of general utility and access easement and co
easement over a portion of Doreet Way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in 1
interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Grant Deed from Wesco Development dated October
conveying an easernent for dedication of general utility and access easement and COI
easement over a portion of Doreet Way to the City of Carlsbad which is on file wit1
Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
