RESOLUTION NO. 91-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARZSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND PALOMAR OAKS WAY TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT NO. 3345
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public inter€
construct the Palomar Airport Road and Palomar Oaks Way Tr
Signal; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishj
all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and
expenses necessary or incidental for said project, Projec
3345, have been prepared and are on file in the Municipal Prc
Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporatr
reference herein; and
WHEREAS, developers of the Carlsbad Airport Centc
the Bircher Business Center-Corporate Palomar will particip;
the construction of the above referenced signal; and
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Airport Center has previously depc
$15,000 representing a partial deposit for said project wil
City and is appropriated and available in Project Account No
820-1840-3345.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsb
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accor
with the law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the
construction of the traffic signal in accordance with the plar
specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting c
Carlsbad City Council held on the 15th day of January
by the following vote, to wit:
