RESOLUTION NO. 9 1 - 2 5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE QUITCLAIM FOR SEWER AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT PR 3.7.49.
WHEREAS, B.W. Pacific Partners has submitted a request for quitclaim of sew
drainage easement over a portion of Lot 12 of CT 74-21 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
public interest to quitclaim said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cai
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying sewer and drainage easement over a p
of Lot 12 of Carlsbad Tract No. 74-21 to B.W. Pacific Partners which is on file with th
Clerk and is incorporated by this reference, is approved.
3, That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City Clerk is h
authorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to be released to B.W. Pacific Partner
PASSED, APPFlOVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cc
held on the 22 day of January 1991 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and
2 NOES: None
ABSENT: None
