A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE EXPIENDITUFE
OF $50,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
CHIP/DUMP TRUCK AND $17.000 FOR A SEDAN
WHEREAS, funds for the purchase of a chip/dump truck are available in th
Central Garage Replacement Reserve Account 650-5220; and
WHEREAS, funds for the purchase of a full-size sedan are available in tht
Central Garage Replacement Reserve Account 650-5220.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o

Carlsbad, California as follows:
That the above recitations are true and correct.
The appropriations totaling $67,000 be granted and the expenditurc
of $50,000 for a chip/dump truck and $17,000 for a full size sedar
be authorized.
Spec 'a1 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at dreguh meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 29th day of January , 1991, and
by the following vote, to wit:
