RESOLUTION NO. 9 1-35
A RESOLLITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF THREE THOUSAND, TWO
HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, Daniels Cablevision Inc. donated three thousand, two hundred and sixty-
nine dollars for the City of Carlsbad Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) Program.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this donation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the City Council accept the donation of three thousand, two hundred and
sixty-nine dollars on behalf of the citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
Special PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at degu&t~ meeting of the Carlsbad City
Councilheldonthe 29th~dayof January , 1991, by the following
vote to wit:
AYES: Council- Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
