RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAl ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES
4 TION AND PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO THE FORMATION
AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE RESOLUTION OF INTEN-
OF A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CARL,
CALIFORNIA, (hereinafter referred to as the l'legislative bo
the local Agency"), has previously declared its intentioi
ordered the preparation of a "Report" relating to the initi
of proceedings to create a Community Facilities District p
ant to the terms and provis'ions of the "Mello-Roos Comm
Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Divisic
Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California.
Community Facilities District shall hereinafter be referre
as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1 (hereinafter referre
as the "District"); and,
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing relating to the e!
lishment of the District, the extent of the District,
furnishing of certain facilities and all other related mat
has been given, and a "Report", as ordered by this Agency,
been presented and considered, and at this time it is he
determined that certain changes and modifications in the Ref
tion of Intention and proceedings should be ordered.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true
correct.
SECTION 2. it is in the best public interest
convenience to order certain changes and modifications to

proceedings and Resolution of Intention, as they relate to
formation of the District, and said changes and rnodificat
are as set forth in the final “Report“ submitted and he
approved, entitled IICOMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT REPORT“.
SECTION 3. That the proceedings, Resolution of Inter
and “Report“ as now modified, shall stand for all future proc
ings as the Resolution of Intention, proceedings and “Res
for the District.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
S eci 1 City of Carlsbad at its/&u$ar meeting held on the 29th
of January , 1991, by the following vote, to wit
