A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR A CHIP/DUMP
TRUCK WITH 50-FOOT AERIAL DEVICE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of ALTEC INDUSTRIES, INC., 325 Industrial Way, Dixon CA
hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purcha
for the purchase of a Chip/Dump Truck with a 50-foot aerial device in the amount of $7
including tax and delivery.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council o
of Carlsbad on the 5th day of February , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Nygaard and Stantoi
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
