RESOLUTION NO. 91-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
VISTA SAN MALO
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 89-35
WHEREAS, Ray E. Escano and Niki L. Escano have submitted a final map
as Carlsbad Tract 89-35 Vista San Malo to the City of Carlsbad for approval; anc
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract 89-35 with condition
approved by the Planning Commission on April 4, 1990 pursuant to Resolution N
2993; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been corr
and/or secured; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said final map subst;
conforms with the approved tentative map as conditioned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be
public interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 89-35 Vista San Mal(
Ray E. Escano and Niki L. Escano which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorp
herein by reference, is accepted.
