RESOLUTION NO. 9l-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE FIELDSTONE COMPAN\
WHEREAS, the City’s Arts Office provides cultural opportunities for Carlsbad
residents; and
WHEREAS, The Fieldstone Company is providing funds in the amount of $5,000
to the Carlsbad Arts Office to fund the 1991 Arts and Business Breakfasts; and
WHEREAS, these breakfasts are co-sponsored by the Carlsbad Arts Office, Arts
Commission and the Carlsbad Economic Enhancement Council; and
WHEREAS, the $5,000 will be deposited in the Arts Office Donation Account and
funds are to be expended from this account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the donation in the amount of $5,000 from The Fieldstone Compan)
to fund the 1991 Arts and Business Breakfasts is hereby accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the City Council o
the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 19th day of February , 199 1 by the
following vote, to wit:
