A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE 13TH YEAR CDB
URBAN COUNTY CULTURAL RESOURCE SURVEY PROJECT TO THE 13T YEAR CDBG URBAN COUNTY PAINT-A-THON PROGRAM
WHEREAS, $10,000 from the 13th year Community Developmen
Block Grant Urban County program have been received ar
approved for the Paint-A-Thon Program; and
WHEREAS, an additional $5,000 from the Communit
Development Block Grant Entitlement program have been receive
and approved for the Paint-A-Thon Program: and
WHEREAS, all funds allocated to the Paint-A-Thon Progrz
have now been spent; and
WHEREAS, there is still citizen interest in the Paint-2
Thon Program; and
WHEREAS, there is $4,000 available in the 13th Ye?
Community Development Block Grant Urban County Culturz
Resource Survey account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Cit
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the amount of $4,000 be hereby transferrt
from the 13th Year Community Development Block Grant Culturi
Resource Survey account (391-840-1890-3736) to Account Nc
391-840-1890-3735 to allow the continuance ofthe Paint-A-Thc
Program.
