RESOLUTION NO. 91-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FEE
SCHEDULE BY THE ADDITION OF FILING FEES
REQUIRED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
the authority to establish fees to comply with the provision
state law;
WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 3158, Chapter 1706, statute
1990 requires payment of filing fees to the Department of

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the fees s
