RESOLUTION NO. 9 1 - 67
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING FOUR LIBRARY
CARD CATALOGS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE
OF SAME TO THE PRINCE OF PEACE ABBEY
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has determined four library card c:
surplus; and
WHEREAS, the Prince of Peace Abbey has a need for these surplus
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
surplus library card catalogs to the Prince of Pease Abbey for $1,900.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of t
